My dreams got a revamp a few years ago when grief tried to take down my family. ⁣I am not one to climb under the covers, believe me sometimes I wish I did. But I push and pivot until I see change. Not knowing where I would end up… ⁣⁣

Fast forward 3 years and holy crap are things different. And based on life... I am exactly where I should be. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
Leading into 2021 health and wellness education is my main focus. I am not putting my opinions or needs on the back burner anymore. It will be my purpose to share what I know and help who I can. My boundaries are set and I am moving forward on MY path. ⁣⁣

Coffee dates and meet ups look a little different right now but I can feel a shift and I am looking forward to it.⁣⁣

⁣We played some hockey, video games and in the snow.

We also went shopping for things we can use in warmer weather... thinking if we focus on that maybe the winter will take a hike!⁣

The reason we are the Wellness Hive ⁣

For my new friends here, there is a little back story to the meaning to my team. Obviously we love essential oils and that goes hand in hand with wellness. BUT alongside of the amazing benefits the oils bring, they also brought me a pretty kick ass community. New friends, new experiences and a lot of self growth!⁣
⁣
When I was a little girl, my dad use to call me his “little bee.” I thought it was cute because you would see the cartoon drawings of little bees with crowns or little hearts coming from their buzz. Later when I was older, my dad always chuckled and said you always know what you want and you won’t stop until you get it - your a ‘little B’, followed by his deep chuckle. ⁣
⁣
God do I miss his sarcasm! One thing that he instilled in me is my drive. Making my father proud was always something that was a priority for me and still is to this day. He was a sounding board and his advice always led me in the right direction and I miss his guidance often. ⁣
⁣
So our team needed a place to land all together to be a community and have resources. The Wellness Hive is a place where we can all be ourselves, be with like minded people and share our passion for wellness. There will always be a piece of my dad cheering us all on and I know he is proud of where this journey has led me and where we are going…⁣

To the little one who was in a rush to get here and hasn’t stopped since! From fitting into a hockey helmet to being lightening fast on the ice. Energy for days, but knows when it’s time to crash. Competitive minded but will always cheer for the other team. A huge heart and always up for snuggles.

Essential oils support all of those areas and more. Three years ago I bought a kit which I never thought I would use ALL the oils. Then things changed. ⁣

I educated myself and started learning the benefits. We try to ditch and switch for safer products where we can. ⁣⁣I am advocating for my boys and their wellness. And if you ask them they can even give you some damn good benefits of using the products too.⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Start small and look at your candles, laundry detergent and yes even your dish soap. Be your own advocate!⁣
